Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is 1,00€ Adult/Day
Deposit
A deposit is required: 20% on the cost of the amount of the reservation.
For stays until four nights, a deposit of one night is required.
For stays longer than four nights, a deposit of 2/3 nights is required.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation penalty is charged if a guest cancels 7 nights or more before check-in.
The amount of the deposit is charged if the guests cancel in the last 7 days before the arrival date.
Early Check-out
- 3 days before the scheduled departure, fee equal to 1 night
- 5 days before the scheduled departure, fee equal to 2 nights
- 7 days before the scheduled departure, fee equal to 3 nights
- up to 7 days before the scheduled departure, fee equal to 5 nights
Surcharges
An additional €2 per person for reservations of 1 night only
An additional €1 per person for reservations of 2 nights only

We accept cash, bancomat and credit cards.
